The Kickflip McTwist was invented by Tony Hawk, and is a combination of the Kickflip and the McTwist. Very few people have successfully performed this trick in competition, however Danny Mayer is known to be able to land it flawlessly on regular basis, starring in a Trixionary about this trick and landing it in just about all of his competition runs.
